Elite Group Opens World’s Largest Jetour Service Centre in Dubai
Elite Group Holding has opened what Jetour describes as the world’s largest Jetour service centre on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The 100,000-square-foot facility can handle as many as 300 vehicles per day, substantially increasing the Chinese SUV brand’s authorised aftersales capacity in the UAE.
The flagship centre was announced in May 2026 and is now operating from Monday to Saturday. Its opening matters for Jetour owners because it brings servicing, diagnostics and customer support together at a much larger authorised facility as the brand expands its UAE presence.
Dubai Facility Expands Jetour’s Aftersales Capacity
Located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, the new centre has been developed as a one-stop destination for Jetour maintenance and repair work. Jetour UAE says the workshop uses advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-approved servicing procedures, with work carried out by trained technicians.
Confirmed details announced for the facility include:
- The centre covers approximately 100,000 square feet. This makes it the largest service facility in Jetour’s global network, according to the brand and its UAE partner. The size allows workshop and customer areas to operate within the same flagship location.
- Daily capacity is listed at between 250 and 300 vehicles. This should give the distributor more room to manage routine servicing, inspections and repairs during busy periods. Actual appointment times will still depend on the type of work required and parts availability.
- The centre is open from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday. Customers can arrange appointments through Jetour UAE or by calling the brand’s service booking number.
The centre follows Jetour’s “The Home for Every Journey” service concept. Alongside its technical areas, the site includes premium lounges, modern waiting spaces and wellness-focused amenities intended to make longer service visits more comfortable.
What Jetour Owners Can Expect at the New Centre

The Dubai facility is designed to support vehicles sold through Jetour’s authorised UAE network. This distinction can be relevant for customers whose cars are covered by manufacturer-backed warranty or complimentary servicing packages.
Manufacturer-trained technicians and approved diagnostics
Jetour says vehicles visiting the centre will be handled by manufacturer-trained technicians using approved processes and diagnostic technology. For newer vehicles with connected electronics, driver assistance systems and complex powertrains, access to brand-specific diagnostic equipment can help technicians identify faults more accurately.
The authorised service offering covers several ownership requirements:
- Routine maintenance and mechanical repairs are handled within the Jetour network. This includes scheduled servicing as well as diagnosis of mechanical or electronic problems. Owners should continue to follow the service intervals and conditions listed for their particular vehicle.
- Genuine parts and approved procedures are available through the facility. This can be particularly relevant when completing repairs connected to warranty claims. Owners should retain service records and invoices as evidence that required maintenance has been completed.
- The wider UAE network also provides body repair, vehicle health checks and roadside support. The exact service available may vary by branch, so customers should confirm whether their required work will be completed at Sheikh Zayed Road or another Jetour facility.
A larger network beyond Dubai
The flagship site is part of an authorised aftersales network covering Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Ajman. Jetour also lists service and body repair locations in areas including Al Quoz, Deira, Musaffah and Dubai Investment Park.
For owners outside central Dubai, the broader network remains significant:
- Abu Dhabi and Al Ain customers have access to dedicated service locations. This reduces the need for owners in those areas to travel to Dubai for standard maintenance. Specialist or complex work may still be directed to a particular facility.
- Ajman adds coverage for customers in the Northern Emirates. A larger regional footprint may help distribute workshop demand rather than directing every owner to one Dubai branch. Appointment availability will vary between locations.
- Dubai customers can choose from several authorised aftersales sites. The new Sheikh Zayed Road centre adds major capacity, while existing locations continue to support servicing and body repairs.
Why Aftersales Investment Matters in the UAE
Chinese automotive brands have expanded rapidly across the Gulf, but vehicle specifications and showroom offers are only part of the buying decision. Service access, replacement-part availability, technician training and warranty handling all influence the ownership experience after delivery.
Jetour UAE currently advertises an ownership package that includes a warranty of up to 10 years or one million kilometres, three years or 30,000 kilometres of complimentary servicing and roadside assistance. Terms and conditions apply, and customers should check the contract supplied with their vehicle because eligibility and coverage can vary by model, purchase date and use.
The new facility does not by itself guarantee shorter repair times in every case. Parts supply, fault complexity, accident damage and warranty authorisation can still affect how long a vehicle remains in the workshop. However, the stated capacity of up to 300 vehicles per day gives Elite Group Holding more physical space to manage a growing number of Jetour vehicles.
What Has Not Yet Been Confirmed
Jetour and Elite Group Holding have published the facility’s size, location, operating hours and daily servicing capacity. They have not publicly provided a detailed breakdown of the number of service bays, technician headcount or average turnaround times for individual types of work.
No revised service prices were announced with the opening. Owners should therefore request a written estimate before approving maintenance outside a complimentary service package or repairs not covered by warranty.
Dubai Becomes a Bigger Part of Jetour’s Ownership Strategy

The world’s largest Jetour service centre gives Elite Group Holding a significant new aftersales base at a time when Jetour is building its SUV range and customer presence in the UAE.
For current owners, the practical benefit is greater authorised workshop capacity in Dubai, supported by additional locations elsewhere in the Emirates. For potential buyers, the facility signals that the distributor is investing not only in vehicle sales, but also in the servicing infrastructure needed to support those vehicles over the longer term.
