About Khaleej Cars

Independent automotive journalism,
built for the Gulf.

Khaleej Cars is an independent automobile publication based in the UAE, covering the Emirates and the wider GCC. We publish verified news, honest reviews and practical ownership advice, with every verdict decided by our editors alone.

Our goal is simple: to be the source Gulf drivers can trust when a decision involves money, safety or a car they will keep for years.

Independent

Our editors alone decide what we cover and what we conclude. Verdicts are never previewed or approved by outside parties.

Unbiased

Every car is judged on the same criteria, whatever the badge, so readers get a fair, balanced assessment.

Verified

Facts are cross-checked against official sources and pass a senior editorial review before publication.

Our story

Who we are

We started Khaleej Cars to give GCC automobile enthusiasts a dedicated, local voice in automotive journalism: reporting that understands Gulf roads, Gulf climate and the way people in the region buy, own and sell their cars.

We report what is happening in the Gulf car market as it happens, and check every claim against official data before it reaches you. When a price changes, a recall lands or a regulation shifts in Dubai, Riyadh or Doha, we verify it and explain what it means for you.

Editorial standards

How we verify our content

Trust is earned in the details. Every article, review and guide passes through the same six standards before it is published.

Multi-source verification

Every story is checked against at least two independent sources, including manufacturer announcements, official UAE and GCC authority releases, or direct confirmation with the people involved.

Official data only

Specifications, prices and regulatory details come from manufacturer technical documentation, UAE federal and emirate-level authorities, and GCC standards bodies.

Hands-on experience

Reviews are grounded in real driving, inspections and workshop conversations in the UAE, reflecting how cars behave in Gulf heat, dust and traffic.

Editorial review

A senior editor reviews every article for accuracy, balance and clarity. Corrections are made openly and noted on the article when facts change.

Editorial independence

Reviews are finalised by our editors alone. Commercial arrangements, where they exist, are kept fully separate from ratings and recommendations.

Accountability to readers

Readers can question any story. We answer every factual challenge and update articles publicly when the evidence says we should.
